The initial analysis of this client’s online marketing was that it was not cohesive in driving online traffic. They came to us with a website that was visually appealing but lacked a marketing strategy to drive traffic to their website. We started by evaluating their SEO strategies and determined an overall lack of a content marketing strategy in place to help boost their overall SEO. The former strategy was solely based on technical SEO. We implemented a content marketing strategy that was focused on driving traffic for the most profitable aspect of their business.
We then looked at other ways to drive traffic efficiently and added Google ads search campaign for those searching for their most profitable classes. We also implemented social ads to be able to remarket to all the new traffic that was being driven by SEO efforts and Google ads.
While existing email strategies were in place to help with overall class updates we added new automation and new audience segmentation. We helped build a quiz on the website to get those who had not yet considered their classes into their email marketing. We then segmented this audience to create an email automation series for just this audience. Lastly, we implemented a monthly newsletter filled with content specific to this audience.
We continue to build and work on top of the existing website to help improve processes of potential students entering their marketing funnel all the way to students after they complete the course.
