Strategy

When this client came to us they really felt they were missing an overall strategy for their digital marketing.  They had a company assisting with web development and paid ads but did not tie the picture together with the whole brand.

When we took over we needed to redo all tracking to ensure the proper tracking of commerce was set up.  We removed vanity metrics and focused on the funnel of commerce.

We then started with their paid ads and revamped the ads to focus on their top products for ROI.  We removed the ads focused on running ads against their brand name as well as their top product that sold itself.  We built a funnel of those who didn’t know them through per formance max shopping ads and followed them up with remarketing and their regular offers.

We have also assisted with building email marketing sign-ups and automation.  They had a strong presence of sending emails weekly for specials but no true way to sign up new users. They were also missing an email automation strategy that takes place for every person who abandons their cart.  We are looking at improving their wholesale shopping experience, site speed, and content strategy for email and SEO.

We started off with a test budget to show results and now we are able to scale up the ad spend.  We look for what is broken in the funnel of the path to purchase and work on those areas until we can move on.  Once we have the funnel down, we then A/B tests against different ideas. Rinse and Repeat!
